Since our start in 2013, KinBilt has earned its reputation in a straightforward way: by building outstanding homes on the New Hampshire Seacoast and its surrounding communities.
Our team has completed upwards of 19 residential subdivisions, with more than 200 homes either finished or under construction in newly designed communities and existing neighborhoods across the region. Our clients include everyone from young professionals and growing families to empty nesters and retirees. We place a premium on transparency and honest, open communication. We’re passionate about every facet of the process, from site location and layout to the small details that distinguish a decent dwelling from a high-quality home. Our Founders
Frank Catapano
Founder and Principal
Construction and real estate development are in Frank’s blood: growing up on Boston’s North Shore, he tagged along with his dad – a commercial real estate developer – on site tours of construction projects. But on family vacations to the White Mountains, he found his true home in New Hampshire’s majestic outdoors. After settling on the Seacoast in the late 1990s, Frank approached land development in ways that harness the state’s inherent beauty and tranquility – while preserving its unmatched character and special way of life.
Frank possesses more than 20 years of residential real estate acquisition and development experience, including property sourcing and evaluation, site and subdivision development, and new home building. Since co-founding KinBilt, Frank has overseen every aspect of development and construction, from land acquisition to design to closing. Along with his high-level expertise, he practices what he preaches: Frank lives in the Seacoast communities that he’s developed.
Paul Cucinatti
Founder and Principal
Like Frank, Paul grew up in the property development business, the oldest child in a family whose real estate interests ranged from residential communities and apartment buildings to restaurants and shopping centers. At KinBilt, he oversees real estate finance, investing, and acquisition for land development, home construction, and multi-unit residential apartment buildings, bringing to the table more than a decade of experience in residential and commercial real estate acquisition and investment. Along with studying finance at Merrimack College, Paul’s expertise includes real estate finance and investment, property acquisition, financial reporting and compliance, and construction costing.
